Blair played three seasons for the Centennial COLTS hockey team from 1977-1980.
In 1977-1978 Rossen helped to lead the COLTS to a Consolation Championship.
Throughout his career with the COLTS, Rossen captured the MVP in each season from 1977-1980 and was also named Centennial College's Athlete of the Year in 1978-79 and 1979-80.
Rossen was the leading scorer for the Colts in 78-79 with 12 goals and 24 assists for a total of 36 points and in 1979-80 with 18 goals and 23 assists for a total of 41 points. Rossen had only 22 minutes in penalties for both seasons combined.
He finished his college career with a total of 131 pts. 49 Goals, and 82 Assists.
