Michael Brown’s athletic career at Centennial was exemplary. His achievements included winning an OCAA Silver medal in his second year and earning All Star honours in his final 2 years while playing for the men's basketball team. In his final year, Michael was the OCAA leading scorer in 1989-90 with an average of 21.2 pts per game. That year he became Centennial’s MVP for Men's Basketball and was named Centennial Male Athlete of the Year.
Currently Michael is senior security installation technician at Pearson International Airport.
He is still very much involved with athletics and recreation, participating in sports such as football and basketball. According to friends he'll play till "he dies on the sports field".
