SCARBOROUGH, Ontario — Colts Athletics has named Jeff Farrell Head Coach of the Women's Volleyball program, signalling a new era focused on high-performance development, culture, and competitive success.

Farrell brings over a decade of coaching experience across Ontario's elite club and provincial systems. He currently coaches with Pakmen Volleyball Club, one of Canada's premier programs, working with athletes from 13U–17U, including the U17 Black team. Pakmen is widely recognized for producing athletes who advance to CCAA, U SPORTS, NCAA, and provincial teams.

Farrell has also been deeply involved with Team Ontario (2021–2024), contributing to Red, Black, White, Beach, and Academy programs. His experience includes scouting, training plan development, and working alongside top coaches in high-performance environments.

"This is another step in my coaching journey, and I'm excited to get started at Centennial," said Farrell. "What stood out to me was the strong sense of community, which aligns with how I develop athletes and build teams."

Before Pakmen, Farrell spent nine years with Georgetown Impact Volleyball Club, developing athletes competing in the Ontario Volleyball Association. Across all levels, he has emphasized fundamentals, systems play, and building confidence, while instilling accountability, sportsmanship, and respect.

"Jeff's commitment to culture, communication, and competition stood out immediately," said Manager of Athletics, Kareem Rodney. "His connections across the Ontario club system position him to make an immediate recruiting impact."

Centennial has qualified for the playoffs in each of the past four seasons and now aims to take the next step toward hosting and advancing deeper in the postseason.

Farrell has already begun recruiting across Ontario's highly competitive collegiate sport landscape.
